Control systems
Energy cost and production efficiency are key considerations when operating a dust or fume extraction system, whether it is for a small workshop or a centralised installation an a complex production plant. Dantherm design and manufacture dedicated control systems using components selected for their efficiency, ease of use and compatibility.
Filter controls
are mostly self contained controllers designed to operate the cleaning functions of the dust collector units. They are normally fitted to the filter unit and are available with various inputs and outputs for remote operation and performance monitoring.
Customised controls
are available to drive the complete dust extraction installation, including extraction fans, discharge systems, selective dampers and diverters and provide monitoring and alarm facilities for the complete installation. All systems can be designed and manufactured in-house, with interactive touch screen displays as appropriate. Input and outputs may be tailored at the design stage to suit the customer's own operating systems. Ease of use and energy efficiency are high priorities, plus, of course low initial cost.
