Dust extraction specialist Dantherm Filtration Ltd was originally known as Airmaster Engineering Ltd and more recently Disa Airmaster Ltd. The company was founded over 50 years ago and is a part of the global Dantherm Filtration organisation whose philosophy is “to be global but local”.

Nederman acquires Dantherm Filtration

Dantherm has today signed an agreement with the Swedish company
Nederman Holding AB concerning the divestment of the most significant
activities within the business segment Filtration. The divestment is
being effected to improve the capital structure and to reduce the
Dantherm group’s interest-bearing debt.

 Nederman Holding AB has doubled its business to become the global
market leader in industrial air filtration. This has been achieved by
Nederman acquiring Dantherm Filtration - one of the leading
manufacturers of industrial air filtration equipment. Dantherm
Filtration (excluding the business not taken over in France) had sales
in 2009 of around SEK 980 million, a headcount of slightly over 900
and is abusiness area of the listed Danish Group, Dantherm A/S.
